WIR GOES TO DAVOS 2019:
SHOWCASING INDONESIA'S
DIGITAL REALITY

WIR Group is proud to be selected to represent and showcase Indonesia's digital future at the prestigious World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2019 in Davos, Switzerland.

The theme for this upcoming World Economic Forum Annual is Globalization 4.0 in which the forum aims to shape the world in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution.

Indonesia is one of the largest digital frontier and WIR Group will be showcasing Indonesia's digital reality, creativity and advancement in the Indonesia Pavilion. The Indonesia Pavilion is organized by Indonesia's Investment Coordinating Board BKPM and supported by other ministries and government agencies. The Pavilion is open from 22-25 January 2019 from 8am until 8pm. The Pavilion will hold meetings and to get visitors to get a feel and experience Indonesia today and its future.

The look and feel of the Indonesia Pavilion will be dominated by the color red, with patterns similar to batik yet containing design elements inspired by technology, also provided by WIR Group. The Indonesia Pavilion is located on the Promenade 57, in the middle of the ski-resort town of Davos-Klosters. WIR Group will have a section in the Indonesia Pavilion in which we will show Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and also bringing our latest app MINAR. Get ready to mine and collect coins in the eastern side of the Alpine mountains, in freezing temperatures.

The WIR team will be lead by our CEO Daniel Surya, accompanied by the international team. Previously WIR Group had achieved other international recognitions, such as getting awarded and listed in the 40 most innovative companies at the London Stock Exchange in 2014, and also two consecutive wins in Silicon Valley's Auggie Awards for Best Campaign in 2015 and 2016.

FROM MINDSTORES

MindStores is collaborating with one of the first pharmaceutical industry companies in Indonesia, namely Kimia Farma with the concept of a virtual pharmacy as a form of health services with new customer experience. In this project, MindStores fully supports Kimia Farma's go digital campaign in 2019 through a platform that can standardize the amount of products available in each pharmacy and expands to a broader target market online.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMBIKE
SHOW 2018 – BAD SALZUFLEN,
GERMANY

On the first weekend of December, more than 33,000 enthusiasts of individual motorcycles came to Bad Salzuflen for the CUSTOMBIKE-SHOW. With its four exhibition halls, 28000 square meters of showroom, 300 exhibitors and roundabout 1000 radically converted machines from all around the world, the event remains the biggest global specialized fair for motorcycle customizing. From 30 November – 2 December 2018, AR&Co. together with Surya Nation were taking part to create the Virtual Reality (VR) application to capture the 360 photos and videos of this event to be shown to Indonesia Custombike next year.

DECATHLON AND WIR PARTNERSHIP 2019

WIR Group is looking forward to enlarge its partnership with Decathlon Indonesia in the upcoming year of 2019 by creating a digital experience area in their upcoming flagship store in Taman Anggrek Mall. On December 7th, 2018, the Decathlon Management Team held a meeting & workshop at WIR Group's office sharing their vision to penetrate the Indonesian Sports market and make sports accessible to all. WIR Group in return shared on digital solutions that could be taken to achieve the vision together.

At the end of the day, we decided to have a friendly futsal match, to develop stronger bonds and have some fun.

Jean Benoit – Decathlon's Mall Taman Anggrek Manager said that he spent a very nice moment with WIR teammates. “It was a nice opportunity to know more about them, to share a nice activity together. During these moments we can share more about our common values so we can do it anytime guys.” He added.

Virginia – Decathlon Indonesia's Digital Leader added “Nice sport moments with our WIR partnership. Together we will be possible to offer a new disruptive user experience in our next MTA store for our users!! Next inch, very soon April 2019.”
